OHVTA is a non-profit trade association of vapor businesses in Ohio.  Our members range from multi-store chains, to small “mom and pop” businesses an to Ohio based e-liquid manufacturers.

You may have seen these vapor products, referred to as vapes or e-cigs by some, being used by former smokers, celebrities, or even friends and family members. The rapid growth of the industry even has put the big tobacco companies on their heels, taken completely by surprise.

The OHVTA is the voice of the many hard working small business owners. Their businesses, called Vape Shops or even Vapor Lounges, can be found in nearly every community in the state.

We want to make sure that Governor DeWine and the General Assembly of the State of Ohio understand that the vapor industry is not controlled by big tobacco, but by hard working, small business, entrepreneurs that spend countless hours showing their customers that there is an alternative to smoking cigarettes. There is a solution that is satisfying without tobacco, combustion, smoke, and lingering odor.
